Chelsea are going to the USA this week , they also went last summer ,

did they go in 2005 or 2004 ?

Reason i ask is its seems to be bad for a clubs season .. Barça also
went to the US on a preseason tour last year and had a bad season ..
like the US teams aren't good enough..

that was more down to the amount of injuries we had, and players coming back from the World Cup.

I'm surprised United did not go to America this summer, considering there was no european/world cup this summer - they have stated they will no longer go after a major international tournement involving european sides as they could not commit enough players to it.

Barca are off to sunny Scotland this summer. Celtic are back from Switzerland, then to England and the USA.
