Improving my game

Hey guys,

Over the last year i've played alot of poker. My cash table appearance is loose and tbh i am very loose at cash tables, however in tournaments, i am very very tight and usually slow play everything. As a result have decided to quit cash games for good, and hence tryin to change my tournament play. My record in Freezout tournaments is quite good, but my main problem is, i seem to make to money, but never seem to be in the position of winning it, hence i'm extremelly happy when someone suggests a deal.

So i'm wondering do you guys know any good books that i should read?

P.S i don't play online at all - only live games....

For Tournament poker I found Harrington on Hold Em to be a very worthwhile read. Although I can't say that I agree with everything he says.

Read Sklansky's Theory of Poker for a good basic understanding of the game and some of the more complex situations and plays.
Improve your headsup and short handed play so that you can kick into that gear at the final two tables and on the final table,

just wondering, anyone got any good sites, where i can read up on tournament play(NLH), since i'm stuck at home for the day with nothing better to do, hence i've been on boards for the last 2/3 hours.....
