Anyone experiencing delays with orders and out of stock items with cdwow ? At least 3 of my last 7-8 orders have been hit pending dispatch for over 2-3 weeks Anytime i e-mail them,its alway the same "we are sorry, we have experienced a delay from our supplier " My last dvd was ordered 8th june and still not dispatched:mad:

At least 3 of my last 7-8 orders have been hit pending dispatch for over 2-3 weeks
Anytime i e-mail them,its alway the same
"we are sorry, we have experienced a delay from our supplier "

My last dvd was ordered 8th june and still not dispatched:mad:

Same boat as yourself. I asked them to cancel all orders and they did and refunded all my money.

Yeah - still waiting on a DVD which was supposed to be dispatched about a month ago - emailed them and was given an apology, my details taken etc. and the guy I dealt with did seem genuine.

That was nearly two weeks ago, still no sign.

Same here - last 2 orders are outstanding for a few weeks now. Have emailed & told I will be getting (replacements) shortly - still no sign though..

They never used to be this bad!

They seem to have gone downhill in a big way ever since the law suit that forced them to make a fairly substantial payout to the BPI.

I'm still waiting on two replacement DVDs to be posted, going on two weeks pending dispatch now.

This is the same for me. I came here to see if anyone else is having this problem. I placed an order on 12 June and still nothing has been sent. I have sent emails but no reply yet, not even the useless one that you got!

Me too! Im waiting over a month, I rang and they said the item was in stock but they were waiting on it from a supplier? WTF? I said, that means its out of stock and the girl said to me, "No, its in stock but we are waiting for it from our supplier!" ..... Make sense of that???:(

Yeah i would have to agree with all of you guys CD Wows service has gone downhill big time i am waiting on 3 dvds and 4 cds to arrive for the last month and a half now and to be honest i do not find the waiting time satisfactory because i know wat they were like, they used to have the order out in 5 working days if not less.i have been told 3 different dates on when my orders will be shipped and the last date i was given was the 10th of july and i have still recieved nothing from them. I have called their customer care 4 times and i have sent 6 e mails to them and all they have offered me is a 5 euro voucher. If someone can go onto their website and find anything half decent for 5 euro will u please let me know because i cant.

I ordered a cd on the 2nd of LAST MONTH and still no sign, they said it will be dispatched on the 26th!!! Eijits!! Go play.com
