I know it's too late but for future reference, the Hatfield Bar on the Ormeau Road.

yeah Hatfield is a decent spot for the matches, or the parador on up the ormeau road which shows the matches and usually has a good GAA crowd in watching them. Also any of the GAA clubs in the west of the city.
