    Hi guys,
I am writing documents for my CV using Microsoft office word 2007. I will be mailing these to agencies/companies that may only have an earlier release of word.
If they open it using say office 2000, will my document format will be distorted or unreadable ?
What should I save my document as before I attach it to an email ?

    Thanks in advance,

Save in a version thats compatible with windows 2000, off the top of my head I think theirs one "2003 - 98" or something similar. If you cant find it let me know and Ill check when I go home.

To be on the safe side, I would really try and use Office 2003 for your CV or be damn sure you save it in the write format. Even better convert it into a PDF format.

if someone gets 100 CV and they cant open yours straight away..
