Downloading Music onto Philips Go Gear

Hi, new to downloading music. I managed to purchase tracks on itunes, but I could not convert them to my Philips MP3 player. Is itunes only for ipods? Then I tried Napster and I got a message saying function not available in my region. Then I tried buymusic.com and I got as far as checkout and it would only accept postal…

Hi, new to downloading music. I managed to purchase tracks on itunes, but I could not convert them to my Philips MP3 player. Is itunes only for ipods?

Please help and sorry for all the questions, but don't want to waste money buying music and then not being able to transfer onto MP3 player.
