how do i get a hit counter on my website..

    Not sure if this is the right forum or even if Im saying this right! but anyway, I want to get a counter for my website that will tell me how many hits im getting, would anyone know how yo do this? cheers

    I use Statcounter.com its free and easy (you can pay for extra services). I have no affiliation by the way.

    Also its an Irish company, if that would sway your choice.

    I've put Google Analytics on my book reviews blog (http://heatseekers.blogspot.com), but it doesn't seem to be counting anything - I've visited the blog myself from other computers to check if it's working. However, I'm told that it takes a few days to set up. On the other hand, I may have made some technical mistake; it has been known.

    You can check if the code is installed properly from within your Analytics account. As Google own blogspot it shouldn't be an issue to setup....
