    Hey, student here.
Last time I worked was last summer. I started working again this April. Want to get my emergency tax sorted as it was 400 for these last two weeks.
Do i need my P45 from my last job or can I just fill out the 12A as this is my first time working this year?

You don't need to fill in the 12A form again, just ring the tax office and give them your new employers details and they'll send you a new certificate of tax free allowances and also send one to your employer.
