It's been a while since I’ve been on this forum. Good to see some great shots.
Took these last night in Galway as I strolled around the city killing time while my brother and his mates where on a stag. Thank god for the lovely weather and pleasantness of a summer’s afternoon in Galway.

I don't like number 3. It's a bad photo of an excellent view that I enjoyed daily for 25 years. But eh, I'm narky. You can get right up to the weir if you cut up through a field near the Cathedral.

    But I digress.

    I like #2 a lot.

Picture three was taken on the bridge. As I walked over that bridge there must have been about a thousand+ files. It was slightly surreal, and annoying.
I just know the main streets in Galway, and I was not going to go off the beaten path at 10.00pm at night,(myself and Galway don’t have a good record). But thanks for the comments.

I didn’t find anything really striking about that view (apart from the river itself), maybe if I was facing the other way then yes. The thing that got me was the three men fishing in the river late at night.

I really like the second one... Looks like a painting...

The second one is really impressive. And the tihrd one says a lot too. The first one is professional work.
Nice to see so many nice pictures here!

Exactly what I was thinking, very nice.

I think the third photo could have benefited from a tripod, but looks good none the less!

The 3rd shot would have been good, except that its totally out of focus.

No 2 does nothing much for me, to be brutally honest. No 3 could have hit the mark if the focus was a bit sharper. But No 1 is class - I'd be proud to have taken that one.
