Commodore's Gravel in Pocket PMP Sucketh Big Time

I got to take home Commodore's Gravel in Pocket PMP for the weekend from work to evaluate and I have to say I'm less than impressed. It's a pain in the ass to use as the control's are mainly on the back of the unit and it's just not ergonomic to use. The interface is clumsy and akward to navigate, especially with the location of the joystick.

It feel's cheaply made and at the projected price of somewhere in the €250+ mark for a 1GB player I don't think it represents good value for money. It is upgradeable via a SD slot however.
The screen quality is decidedly average and there is no zoom option for photo's. It's supposed to support DivX, yet when I put a DivX music file on it, it played the audio but wouldn't show the video.

It wanted to update itself over WiFi and I had no option to cancel it, so it went and downloaded the update only to fail in the actual process and need a reset.

One thing I will say is that the quality of the built-in speaker is actually quite good.

So I'm left unimpressed. It feel's cheap, the navigation is poor. It's file handling is poor and the projected price point is scandelous.
Apologies for the poor pictures, will have better ones soon.
