is it any good? any one already training there? I've been looking at it for about a month now and think ill start there this saturday but i'd like to hear rom anyone whose already tried it

i am not a member of sbg northside but train there now and again and am always made welcome by andy and the members there-the standard of training is very good and there is lots of variety also..recommended

Just to add y 2 cents in, the gym is Dublins best without doubt 2 floors of ecxcellent variety. Well worth a visit.

Have you been down yet filament? I'm not there much as I'd like to be these days but if you do see a very handsome bloke with a beard- thats me- come over and say hello.

I agree with the above by the way- great gym with lots going on- BJJ, Boxing, Judo, MMA, weights, lads just sparring. If you don't find what you're looking for there you probably won't find it!

At present im training a number of lads in swords, quite unofficial at the minute, im looking for a premises in rush (this is the hard part) and ideally it would be a full time premises so i can run a boxing and mma gym and maybe have classes like judo or thai boxing and whatever else is in demand, keep your eye on this page and i will make it official as soon as something is confirmed...

Excellent, what time did you drop in at?.

I was there for awhile, around noon time. Wasn't training, just nattering with the lads. I was wearing a black TapouT hoodie, and unlike Roper I'm clean shaven and a proper looking gent :cool:
