Speechbubbles on Adobe Photoshop?

    does anyone know if theres a speechbubble feature can can be easily found on Version 7 adobe Photoshop?

    would really appreciate it, cheers!

    You could try drawing a circle and typing inside it...

    custom shape tool under the text tool / shape dropdown in toolbar / click on dropdown arrow / select talkbubbles. Draw talkbubble on stage add a stroke ie: layer / layer style / stroke. Then type into bubble.
    Comic sans ms font works nice with talkbubbles
