    Hello,

I am a student from Cork on placement in Carlow from September to mid or end of October. Am wondering what the position is like with student accommodation. Do students share houses in the town. Am not familiar with Carlow so am trying to sort out some accommodation more within my budget. Just wondering if anyone could direct me to any information on accommodation or anyone looking for someone to share a house with them for two months.

    Thanks!

You could ring reception at 059 9170500 and ask for the Accommodation Officer. He/She should help you with this.

059 9170500 is the main reception fax number.

The accomodation officer also doubles as the administration for Student Services. Her name is Liz (at least she was last year).
So ring 059 9170400 and ask to be put thorough to Liz in Student Services.

Ive got the accomodation list but I sweat beads thinking about how many of these listings are already taken :x

Ive I could get up anytime before Noon I'd feel safe about calling them with the Time Zone difference.

Typically how late is it safe to call these landlords before they get tightassed with you?
