    Have Vodafone switched on EDGE?

I ask as my Toshiba G900 shows the Symbol E in some areas and reports it is connected via Edge.

In other areas I get 3G and G symbols.

I didnt think Vodafone were going to bother with Edge? The Three modem reports as being connected to Edge when its on vodafones network............but its just plain old GPRS............might just be the phone.
