You can buy printable acetate for inkjets and print it yourself.

    Just an example

I know Conns do them near Grafton Street, was talking to a girl I know that works there only about 2 weks ago. She was saying they have some new equipment (printers etc..) that are meant to be really good for printing images like light boxes.

If you're getting it printed for a lightbox, don't print it onto acetate, you can get them done specifically for backlit prints. The acetate will be completly see through (You'll see the back of the lightbox), and won't hold the quality, nor will it be very durable.

Remember to vent the lightbox correctly too...

McGowans at the bottom of Georges St will do them. Snap printing will do it too.

Obviously cheaper if you're getting more done.

Have you any designs for the lightbox?

Ive seen a couple designs around on the internet, and have made one before in college, but it wasn't for me. The ones i want to make are not gonna be rectangle, but rather my own design.

Grand, you know about venting the heat & positioning the lights et al?

    Don't want a burnt down/unlit print :)
