    I made a mistake logging in and they locked my account without a second chance.
    Email support isn't answering and the freephone number from Ireland doesn't work.
    Don't really want to phone Canada but what alternative?

    the first number wouldn't work-I got an engaged tone half way through dialling.
    the second number appears to be a Canadian no.so probably costly.
    what's the third?
