I have a sea gate hd and it just died I think.I am uploading a video so show you the noise its making ,it seems like the plates are spinning very fast and grinding off each other ,any one know how to fix it?I uploaded a vid so you can see for your self what noise its making…

Its in the year warranty but I lost the receipt I got it maplin guess they wont take it back with out the repeict

Give it a go. Maplin generally take customer details and keep them on their database as far as I recall.
