I am going to move back in with my folks so I can invest in a franchise,I am in my thirties and have no dependants/wife.I'm not sure if I should sell my apartment or rent it out to make up the money to start me off.I have the apartment nearly two years but I am not sure if I should sell it to start fresh with the franchise or should i approach the bank for a loan and maybe rent it out long term.in the current market i stand to make around 90k on the sale which would be what i need to get started in a franchise, but this profit could go either way at the moment.
