Trailfinders - Flights - Refunds

    Hi.

    Does anyone know what the story is if you book and pay for a flight with Trailfinders and then can't go?

    Is it possible to get a refund?

    The flight is with Delta, cost €1700.

    Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    It depends on the conditions attached to your fare. You need to contact Trailfinders and ask them

    I cancelled a Delta ticket (which was booked thru a travel agent, but not trailfinders) for my mother in April and got around 90% refund of ticket price. We used a doctors letter to say she was unfit to travel due to illness… which of course must be the truth to get a refund…. The travel agent was very helpful. I presme they still got some/all of their commission?
