What does it mean when you are giving a blood sample to your doctor, and the blood comes out pretty slowly, like it is just dripping out? Does blood consistency differ from person to person?

Sounds more like it is to do with your blood pressure.

That's what I thought, but my BP was normal before and after the blood was drawn. Weird!

Not so much the consistency but the ability to get a sample differs from person to person. With some it jets out, with others it drips. It is virtually impossible to get a vein to take a blood sample from some people while it is readily available in others.
