the ban in England has prompted some good articles on quitting in the Times (English one). available to cheapskates on line on timesonline.co.uk/smokingban otherwise you could buy a newspaper excellent plan for getting quit from Paul Mckenna. an unusual different take on how to do it. not like the Carr stuff.
