    Hi
    I'm flying out to Fiji at the end of August for about 10 days. I just have flights booked. Anyone ever been there? I fly to Suva. I'll be on my own so I want to go places where I can meet people etc., party a little. Anyone any tips?

    Hey, beachcomber is the place to go apparently. Its basically a non stop party island. No matter which island you go to you will meet people.

    one of the best things i did was go on the wanna taki cruise I did it for 3 nights and theres up to 30 people on the boat and it goes around some of the islands it has kayaks on board so you can go to different islands yourself and meet the locals.

    ** Do not jump off the boat at night! an italian guy did it despite the crew warning him not to, he got his knee ripped off my a barracuda, he then had a 3 hour speedboat ride to the the main island for treatment**
