custom fitted clubs

Hi, I looking at getting a new set of irons, i am tall and find the average set of irons to short for me. I have enquired about getting the custom fit (this is at no extra cost), and i was told i would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks. I thought this was long. Can anybody tell me if this is the norm. Thanks

it depends on manufacturer to manufacturer - but remember the clubs are being made to fit you.

I would expect 4 weeks to be the norm - and well worth the wait too.

Ah fairly normal I'd imagine.
Generally they're not made in Ireland, so if you take 10 days out of the 4 weeks for shipping from wherever, doesn't leave them too long to make them up.
