    Have a problem with a pc. When i connect it to a particular network i have problems and sometimes it wont boot. I took PC off network and reinstalled windows and worked fine. I connected it back to network and same problem. when i reintalled windows and connected it to a different network it worked fine. Is there a network virus or is this a hardware problem

    Sounds like a DNS problem

    A: Whats your DNS config for the second network
    B: run /ipconfig /all and;

    Check if you have a static or DHCP address
    check your default gateway
    Check your DNS servers, manually add in the addresses for the secondary network
