    hello,

dunno if anyone posts here... ever, but I'm looking to buy a travel chess set, where would be a good place to buy a reasonably priced one?

Online you could try chess.co.uk or uscfsales.com

You can get a cheap magnetic plastic travel set in most kids toy shops like Smyths or even in some of the 2€ shops like Camden Casket.

Pinochio's (Toy Shop) in the Westbury mall has a good range of chess sets - mostly wooden in a variety of sizes

Pen Corner just off Dame Street has a very nice travel set about the size of a paperback book in a case for approx. €45

any toy store in the whole world, expect to pay between 2 and 25 euro.
