    Gracie Basics 6 week course

    Start date: Any Tuesday evening
    Location: Backstreet Dance Studios, Airside Retail Park, Swords
    Time: 7.30 - 8.30pm

    Perfect for absolute beginners.... if you're just interested to see what BJJ is all about..... or just want to go over the basics again.

    You can join in any Tuesday and train for for 6 weeks....
