I can download music, pictures but the videos I have downloaded won't play
    on my PSP.
It says "won't play this format" or something like that.
They are videos off my phone and videos off my PC. any ideas?

Your PSP will only play a certain type of video (MP4) so you will need to convert the video before you put if on the PSP. I used this program a couple of times and it worked well (altho was a bit slow):

Also Videora have software to convert the files to PSP formats.

Super is probably the best transcoder for converting between formats
    and it is free.

Download it and select the setting under "output container" as Sony - PSP.

Pspvideo9 says 512 Ram but I've only 256 on my old PC.
Would it work if I download with such small memory?

Yes of course it'll just be a little slower.

I've got some vidoes off Rockstar and they're in the PSP format but I don't know how to put them on?

Every time I click on the PSP Video9 icon it ends up saying I have an application error. I'll have another go downloading it.
