Sky - How to jump to last channel

Hello, Just wondering if this is possible ?? I remember NTL and my normal TV remote support this... Say I am on channel 123 and go to channel 321... whats the quickest way to get back to channel 123 ?? Is there any simple one button way to do this in Sky without having to memorize the number or jump through hoops ?? Thanks…

For some reason Sky have never included this feature in any of their software updates, even though it's one that's talked about a lot.
