Login and password issue

Is anyone else having problem logging onto the UCD website/ blackboard?

I'm 90% sure my username and password are correct (neither use student number, rather the username starting (in my case) with s05b....). Is this just me? if so who do i email about it? i assume its the student desk...?

I can log in but can't access my uCD e-mail for past few hours... I guessed maybe just because they are working on the SIS putting up results??? :rolleyes:

Yea I was the same, couldnt get my UCD e-mail. Can get it now though.

apparently the account is disabled....?

Will have to get in touch with ucd now.

They could just be having problems with iPlanet/NDS synchronization - your password is stored in two directories (one for the public PC's, other for Connect and email) which talk to one another. Sometimes when this breaks you can get hassle like this. It will go away soon I'd guess

same thing happened to me the other and i emailed the student desk, in fairness they sorted it really quickly. send them a quick email!

this is just a hunch.. but doesnt the username begin with an ''a''? and not an ''s''? so it could be a05b...

I was told that the bf stands for Belfield but anyone else who's say a med student out in the terrace all the time or anyone out in Blackrock etc. have different ones. Anyone got an example or is that just bull?
