Well i was browsing youtube when i came accross at least 4 paitball tanks. 2 were real ones converted and others were smaller DIY vehicles. I've seen an all terrain go-kart with minigun (some american event with the head of the drug cartel riding in it) but has anyone heard of any others.

I found this on ebay, is she or is she not perfect foa mini APC/Recon Vehicle. Mount a big gun on top, no limit to ammo or battery capacity! Imagine the ROF i could have....

BUT, would this be allowed on HRTA or pred is the question, no need building it if i cant use it.

Uhm I'll go out on a limb here and guess No you wouldn't be allowed use it at HRTA or Predator I seriously doubt site insurance includes cover for knocking people over

would be kinda cool though just blasting in to a clearing in what looks like either a tank or a dune buggy, would be kinda dangerous.

i have to say i had a an apostrophe one night in pub, similar but imagine a d-day recreation in airsoft, with DUKWs the lot, would be savage. you have mg nests along the beach would be an expensive day all things put together but i reckon would be worth the money, if possible :D:D

What would be cool would be to bring it to the UK(in the garage/boot of the campervan) for events. In pred it could work if we just drove up to the front of the base and opened up on them....

Does anyone know if gravity feeding is enough for High ROFs?

Wouldn't imagine so, but if mounting on a vehicle you could have multi barrelled mayhem, get a few AEGS with auto winding mag say four or five link them together for firing and your golden:D

Was thinking having two pillars like exausts(Like the front of a tec9 kinda thing) with feeding tubes in them feeding straight into the chamber at the tappet nozzle. Also could run tubing up two the top of the pillar and hav a hi-cap like system to wind more in. would use a full metal gearbox and maybe a 12 motor powering it. The barrel would be mounted with everyting else in a block of wood(though vertically removable for maintanance). This whole unit would be place on the left hand side sou you can gun and drive. Ony problem is adjusting elevation....hmmm

just buy an m249 and put it on a pivot mount above the driver, put two plates on either side of the engine/above the wheels for someone to stand behind the driver :D

my god imagine the scene, early morning a mil24 flies over head, hovers drops a sqaud from the cabin and continues to decimate anybody moving with a couple of Airsoft 249 rigged to fire from it. sorry its a sticky wet dream come true :D:D

They did the first bit of that in airsoft madness i think, chopper landed, 4 guys dive out, it takes off again.

IF we could buy that and IF we could get it to fly we'd still have the problem of fuel. Chopper fuel really isnt cheap. But if you got a minigun and mounted it, ohh god, plastic white death from above. pity theres no side port.

Player-driven vehicles would be unlikely to be allowed under the current insurance at Predator, things like that can be added to the insurance, big events like the Town Assault series allow the use of vehicles for the players, but for the likes of rentals every week on a commercial site piling in and out of vehicles? Bad idea!
And there isn't really enough space or decent roads at Predator to make it worthwhile.

There's a landrover used at FRV though.

There were plenty used at the Berget 5 event in Sweden though. Check through these pics

They also had a couple of 'homemade' tanks that I didn't get any pics of. Basically plywood frames built around an old car.

And check out the pics on the various pages of this thread:

Unfortunately it's in Swedish, but just check out the series of pics.

what a small world casper..i drove by that aircraft mounted on the stilts about 4 years ago...its near an old swedish air force base as i recall...have a picture of it somewhere....when you head north, you realise everyone in sweden must have been in the military at some stage...military bases everywhere...
