Sky+ recording pin protected programmes

    Quick question - thinking about getting Sky+ after the recent price increase (I'm out most the day and I feel I'm wasting the sub).

    If you set Sky+ to record films in the day time that are pin protected (so many are now) does it record them properly?

    It records them perfectly, when you try to play the recording before the watershed it will ask you to input your PIN, if it is after the watershed it will just play as normal.

    I don't have Sky+ but as far as I know, all content that would be PIN-protected if you were to watch it live will record just fine. You'll be prompted to enter the PIN when you go to watch it, however.
