Is the N.W. going to benefit under the new Gov ?..

    Now that we have a sort of same Goverment including the Green Party, are we in the N.W. going to be better or worse off, five years from now ?.

    Judging by the housing market I'd say much worse off.
    On the one hand I can never understand how house prices in the N/W rose in tandem with the rest of the country when there wasn't the matching economic Growth. On the other the N/W can be thankful to the Nordies for boosting house prices along the coast and that might keep things steady for awhile yet there.
