    1) ebay.ie
    2) search for item
    3) on left of page select "Ireland Only" then re-search

This will give you items that are located in Ireland, not necessarily Irish sellers...but I assume that's good enough.

another way to do it is in..advanced search....type in what yr looking for, and then hear the bottom of the page select which country of the item location you want .

Yes, a lot of UK sellers are really in hong kong, pigeon english and feedback will usually note this.

OP- why are you restricting yourself to Irish sellers? just out of interest.

when i ever look for anything located in ireland i.e. computer stuff & dvds, i very rarely find anything...don't think many irish people use ebay to be honest

I've always thought of ebai.ie as just another way for eBay to fill up Google results pages.

Serahc for anything with 'Pages from ireland' and its mostly eBay thats comes up. Even if there aren't many sellers it still brings traffic to the site.

I've used ebay.ie to buy Irish items. Bought a DVD recorder from a guy who happened to work up the road from me.
As others have said, not so many Irish sellers, trick is to use favourite searches. Do a search as described above, save as a favourite with e-mail notification and wait...
