So, the BoBs are heading to Stockholm & Copenhagen in a couple of weeks.

Any tips on what to see or do there?

Depends if you're into sights, culture, partying...
-The changing of the Guard is much more accessible in Copenhagen than London...it's a nice spectacle with music every morning at about 11.30 at Amalienborg Castle.
-Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek is a pretty impressive history and art museum, free entry on Sundays
-Main shopping area is Stroget - just off Radhuspladsen (city hall square)
-Tivoli is an obvious choice but pretty pricey - restaurants, rollercoasters, sights, etc.. They have a nice midnight firework display every Saturday night
-If you head up studiestraede and vestergade you get into the secondhand shop and sex club district, not as weird as it sounds - big student area
-Christiania is the old hippy enclave in the city, something different to see but remember they are not to fond of people taking photographs
-Little mermaid is a bit of a walk out of town but a touristy thing to see, although bear in mind she is really, really little! They also have a nearby free museum that gives the history of Denmark's resistance during WWII.

Easiest way to get around is to walk/bike but the S-train system and Metro are very regular and easy to get
Remember most shops in Denmark close by about 5pm and the place pretty much shuts down on Sundays
Most bars/clubs have opening hours until about 5am, but be prepared to pay Copenhagen prices for drinks

Stockholm and Copenhagen aren't as pricey as everyone says, right a fiver for a pint i'm talking about, some places in temple bar are pushing that.

The previous post has good tips for Copenhagen, only thing i would say is stay away from Christiana, they're all basically kn*ckers living in an enclosed area of the city determined not to pay taxes or whatnot.
Travel books try to paint the place as a whimsikle free thinking resort, but in reality it's darndale coolock, lads walking around with unmuzzled staffies, crowding around enflamed steel bins like in america, dresscode varied from uber-bum to wino-gutter clothing.
They're mad for mcdonalds in copenhagen too, mainly because eating out is expensive, and like expensive, a tiny bit worse than dublin.

Stockholm same price wise, thought it was better than copenhagen though, the old town in stockholm is great.

The old town (Gamla Stan) in Stockholm is lovely with the Royal Palace and cobbled streets. If the weather is nice, it usually is in summer, take a boat trip around the archipelago and spend some time on some of the islands if you can.

There's a museum that kids might like, the Vasa museum, which is home to an intact 17th century ship which sank just after leaving Stockholm for its maiden voayage, it's impressive....

Check out the ice bar at the Nordic Sea hotel, it's supposed to mimick the ice bar at the ice hotel...

City Hall is an impressive building, it's where they present the nobel prize each year.

Basically, Stockholm is a nice city to walk around and to take a boat trip around in the summer.
