The roof can be lifted up hydraulicly once the vehicle is stopped. That's when the windows "appear"

this second hand one (without the hydraulic roof) is "only" 300 k (+ 50 k VAT)

T' is a bit pants alright.
Especially when you consider that the typical owner of one of these puts in another 20 k worth of alarm and security systems ...only to drive to sub-Saharan Africa to watch the children starve through break-proof windows while they cook their dinner inside
