We're getting Sky+ this week. We've been with Sky for 10 months. Will we get to keep our old sky box even though we haven't completed the initial 12 month contract, because I have plans for the old box... Thanks

Theoretically, since the 10 month old box is subsidised on the basis that you'll complete a 12 months minimum term, but haven't done so, Sky could ask for it back. Highly unlikely they will though..

You could connect the old box to one of the free lnb outputs on the new Sky+dish? I believe it will also accept the Sky card with some restrictions, assuming you don't power down the old box once set up.
