    Hey lads!My band and I are getting bored of playing gigs in our local area.I was woundering if anybody knows anywhere in ireland where my band(under 18s) might get a gig.We want to make a trip out of it.Any pubs or venues would be great,just drop a link of a website,or if you are organising a gig and you need a band,your troubles are over,we will travel anywere!

    The name of the band is m.p.s we are from dublin north.

    the voodoo lounge on the quays in dublin allow matinees, all age gigs, i think. find their number and give them a buzz

    Dublin’s Got Talent
    Last chance to get into the Talent Competition in the Blu Bar starting this Tuesday, the prize is 1000 euro, anyone can enter from bands to solo artists, magicians, comedians, everyone is welcome, just go to the message board and sign yourself up.
    There will be a band providing equipment on the night.

    Each week of 7 acts will fight it out to go through to the 2nd round, 2 acts will go through each week, and this will be decided by two judges and the audience.

    The 2nd round will have 5 acts each night with 2 going through to the final.

    There will be a drinks promotion on the night. Entry fee is 10 euro.

    Battle of the Bands

    StarSearch are organizing a Battle of the Bands. Bands will battle it out for 3 amazing prizes.
    Details of the event will follow shortly. But you can sign up to take part now

    The Prizes for the competition will be.

    1st Place- The Winner will receive 5 Days in a Recording Studio.
    2nd Place- Runner Up will receive 3 Days in a Recording Studio
    3rd Place - 3rd Place will receive 1 Day in a Recording Studio

    All bands who enter will receive 10% Off a Day in a Recording Studio.

    The event will be judged by 3 Judges and the audience on the night. (Details of judging to follow shortly)
