I know people who go to Zoo on Exchequer St and their colour is really well done. It's quite pricey afaik, but it looks great!

House of colour on Wellington Quay. Worth every penny!

Tony Byrne in Drumcondra, ask for Jenny to do it, she is so good she is booked up a couple of weeks in advance. I am going to her about 2 years now and have never been disappointed. Used to be blonde and every other hairdresser was messing it up, just not a nice blonde. Not too pricey either. She will consult with u every time, and go thru everything with you.
