Hi i am interested in legally registering an escort business .I am currently in full time employment and i will need to continue working so am i right in saying that i would need to register a company rather than become a sole trader? Can i become a sole trader and continue full time employment?
If any soliciters can help with this issue then please pm me and we can arrange something.

I think the most important question you have to ask yourself is; do you have a pimp hat?

And a pimp hand, he needs a pimp hand.

And a pimp mobile, he needs a pimp mobile too.

Seriously, please don't ask for legal advice on this forum. Consult a solicitor for advice please.

Yes....consult a solicitor on how to become a pimp. Man, I'd love to hear that conversation. "So legally, can I put golden canes, platform shoes and leopard skin fedoras down as business expenses?"

Escorts do not automatically equal sexual prostitution.

Anyone who may or may not PM you on this forum may very well not be a solicitor and may not be qualified to provide you with advice.

    Please consult an actual solicitor.
