OMFG @ Betsson poker.

Betsson poker are offering a juicy $1500 bonus and I was getting sick of no bonus and no rakeback on full tilt so I moved some money there. I've never played on the ongame network before but there are plenty of active cash tables at all hours.

After I lose a buy in the very first hand I play with KK Vs AA, I then reload and lose $20 in a fairly meaningless hand. I then go to try and top back up to the $200 max buy in and couldn't figure out how. There is a Cashier button but it's alwats greyed out and nothing happens when you click on it. I clicked everything and right clicked everywhere and couldn't find a way to bring more money to the table, so I open up 4 different full tables and ask in the table chat to see if a friendly player would tell me. No one spoke. Hmmmm....

Ok, Obviously It's right under my nose and silly me can't see it, so I open up the Betsson live chat and ask.....

thge bonus seems 100% attractive but nigh on impossible to complete in the time frame because of a stupid thing like this.

ie you cant reload so you play tight so less action points.

Hardly. Ongame is a very big network. There has to be a way to bring more money to the table on Betsson, I just couldn't figure it out and they're support are too clueless to be able to tell me how.

Sheit, She sounded like the equivalent of pc world support staff of the Poker World.

Anyway I've played on ongame a small bit, the way you top up is kinda dumb, but at least you can do it, you have to click on sit out first and then the cashier becomes available.

I'd think about sending in a complaint about 'Petra', that was appalling.

I wouldn't do that unless I knew for sure she wasn't a really hot Swedish blonde. Anyway, it's never her fault it's the management who train the support staff by simply putting a script in front of them, and saying "off you go, good luck". Full tilt are a lot worse.

I play on the Ongame network, you have to sit out before you go to the cashier option to top up, it isn't something as simple as that is it?
