    also with this crap company im with you only get time and a third for overtime, I always thought time and a half was the norm?

    It would depend on a lot of other factors, such as the amount of expected overtime, the nature of the work,your base salary and when overtime might occur.
    For what it's worth my overtime rate is the same as my standard rate, even if it's a Sunday..

    Time and a half is the norm but not required iirc. As ioxy said it depends on a lot of factors.

    Some are 1.25!

    I get paid a flat wage. If the job happens to take 14 hours a day then that's just the way it is. No overtime.
