NTL snow

Hi, I have the basic ntl package ( just rte's skyone sky news, bbc's C4, ITV .., not digital just 15 channels i think) Sometimes on sky one there is a kind of snow over the picture, not serious but annoying, and on tg4 i can see a ghost image of i think RTE. Is this normal, any ideas to fix it? Thanks:

Hi,

Hi, Try re-tune on tv. should be about 17 or 18 channels on basic.
also if there were vans from cable comp. about they may have disrupted service.
