Vocalist/Lyricist seeks intelligent weirdos for band

My name is Mark and I am currently bandless.

I was in a band called Faded Motorway Cronies for a couple of years and gigged all around Dublin.

I have a large catalogue of lyrics and I also play bad keyboards. (Note: I am not interested in writing lyrics but not singing them, sorry)

Would like to meet: Guitarists , drummers, bassists, violinists, computer musicians.

Ideally I would like to form a band that would be committed to writing/gigging/recording/rehearsing. Usually practice once or twice a week.

Open-minded, musically experimental (but still grounded in the basics), interesting and passionate people need only apply.

No real age rule, although if you're under 21 you're probably wasting your time.

I have a couple of myspaces but nothing up there is a good indication of my voice, especially since I've had a lot more voice training since those demos were done

I have a two and a half octave plus range and can sing in a variety of styles. Best way to gauge it is to meet up and jam, I think. I am extremely committed when in a band (I like being in a band )
