M4 M933 or Commando front outer barrel

I'm after a small M4 outer barrel extension, like the small part (below the barrel) in that set:
to replace the standard 120 mm standard 'M4A1' piece:
and shorten the front end of my M4. Must have CCW at 'female end' (covered by the 'rsov' url in the above pix) and CW or CCW at flashhider end.
The idea is to thread one of these and a Noveske KX3 (83mm), I need to 'cover' a total of at least 90mm (from base of CCW thread to end of inner barrel) - preferably a little bit more, so the inner barrel is not visible (the KX3 'business end' tapers inwards, but I can't find out by how much).
If anyone has one FS or some bright idea, I'm all €s and/or ears
