    What age are you? What are your qualifications to date? What are your interests? What type of person are you? (i.e a leader etc)

    That might help narrow it down a bit ;)

    What about an engineer? Will require a lot of education, but you can be outdoors and build major things!

    I would suggest that the subset of engineering jobs that involve spending large amounts of time outdoors is actually quite minimal. Even structural engineers working on major projects will spend most of their time desk bound using a computer.

    I think the OP needs to give some (any) definition of what they mean by 'challenged' and 'achievement' and an indication of what ideas they might have before anyone here can give any help.
