Recommended setup for Community Radio Station

I was wondering if any of you have experience using a computer for broadcast radio and could you recommend any software and a cheap but decent sound-card (we will probably be playing files from the computer and recording to the computer at the same time).…

Hi guys

Our community radio station is finally getting a computer. I was wondering if any of you have experience using a computer for broadcast radio and could you recommend any software and a cheap but decent sound-card (we will probably be playing files from the computer and recording to the computer at the same time).

We are looking to play music, ads. Make ads and record shows.
I was thinking itunes and audacity but does anyone have any better suggestions? We don't have a lot of money so cheap or free is our only option.
