Selling tickets below their face value?

Is it ok to post up tickets for sale for a concert below their face value? I am unable to attend and would hate to see them go to waste/get some money back on them. Gig is not sold out Cheers Gar

www.adverts.ie for the selling of goods! but even below cost dunno the story def not allowed sell with a margin anyway, theres also something about MCD the promoters not sure if thats relevant either
