Passport Questions

    Hi All,

    I'm in a small bit of a situation with my passport. I am flying to the U.S on the 22nd of July. I sent my application form 15 days ago so it will have been almost 6 weeks from the time i posted my application to the time of my flight. I posted it through ordinary post thinking it would arrive within a few weeks however i just found out today that it can take up to 8 weeks. I was trying to contact the passport office all day but with no luck. Does anyone know is there anything i can do to speed up the process like if i go to the passport office and pay the extra money to do it through passport express. Or is the best thing for me to do fill out a new form and send it off again only through passport express this time.

    I was down in the office in Cork today, I gave in my forms and they said they could either post it on Wednesday so I would have it Thursday/Friday or I could collect it on Friday.

    So go to the office and submit the forms, its quicker
