    Hi All
would very much like your advice on how to deal with this.. nearly 2 weeks ago a neighbours father & uncle arrrived and parked a boat in the communal car spaces in our cul de sac... Its not in great repair and this hitch is riddled with rust therefore creating a hazzard for the children playing around it.. We have ad previous problems with dog fouling and this neighbour is not approachable, how can we deal with this without causing a serious rift with the neighbout.
    many thanks
    Aoife

Call the local council and report it as an environmental health hazard. Deny knowing who it belongs to. Shouldn't take them too long to remove it, and you have plausible denyability if it comes to trouble with the neighbour.
