Anglo Graduate Recruitment

I'm going into my final year in college in September and I'm thinking about applying for the Anglo Graduate programme but I dont know anything about it other than what is on their website. I'd say that I'd be trying to get into treasury (capital markets/trading), wealth management or corporate finance as I'm doing a degree with lots of maths and finance.

So I'd love if anyone could give me some more information on it.
Has anyone done this before and how did you find it?
At the end of the two years can you choose what area you want to work in or are you forced into one?
Would a masters be an advantage or would you be better off going in straight from college?
What is the interview process like? Are the any aptitude tests?
What salary do they start you on?

    Thanks.

Makes no difference really for the like of Anglo, BOI etc a master would be useful if you wanted to get into one of the investment banks in London. As far as getting a position Anglo don't believe all the hype about the bank. It has changed significantly in the last 3-4yrs the old spirit that was once in the place is gone.
Oh and finally the head of HR is one of these peoples that bites off his nose to spite his face. He interviewed a grad back in 2001 and offered the grad a job however at the time the grad wasn't sure is the position was right for them. About six months ago one of the managers gets in this same grade CV six years later. Turns out he took a job with AIB has perfect experience etc. The manager excitedly bring the CV to HR to get the all clear to interview the candidate and get a HR rep on the interview panel. The of HR recognises the name and point blankly refuses to talk to the candidate. Like hello we needed people who can hit the ground running with 4yrs of relevant experience. It was S£$t like this got up my nose in the place. I'm with another bank now on more but spent almost 8yrs in Anglo. They don't pay the best in town and will work you hard - bonus are good but are the payment is stagged i.e. In Dec'06
you get a bonus of Eur25k - Eur12.5k will be paid in the Jan'07 payroll with the balance paid in the Jun'07 payroll....smart thinking from an employers point of view but no so good if you plan to leave. Hope this helps
